ETAGE EXCLUSIVE - THE WORLD'S FIRST OFFICIAL AWARDS

IN HOTEL HOUSEKEEPING

For the first time ever Hotel employees whose profession does or did not yet entitle them or oblige them to any formal studies in the field, are given the chance to receive a high-level Awards Certificate for outstanding Hotel services, gaining the possibility of receiving up to Five so-called ETAGE EXCLUSIVE GLACÉ AWARDS:

ETAGE EXCLUSIVE ‚Glacé Awards' act as a perfect synonym to those White Gloves which Executive Housekeepers in the Upper-Level Hotel Industry still like to use today to test the cleanliness of their Hotels...only: ETAGE EXCLUISVE GLACÉS ask for more than just ‚clean Hotels’. Be surprised at what these Awards can do for your Hotel, too.

„The World's First Official Certification for

Controlled Quality Services in Hotel Housekeeping:

A Long-Term-Quality-Commitment“

Brigitte Verba, Director:

"The growing interest in the Awards Project is not surprising: Until now Awards given to Housekeeping Staff were usually presented by Hotels themselves - but have never been presented in the exceptional, official and marketable way which ETAGE EXCLUSIVE promotes today:

ETAGE EXCLUSIVE features a long-term Motivational tool that is still unmatched. For numerous Hotel Managers it will be a unique way to train and motivate their Personnel for a long time to come - Success Guaranteed.“

"Trading the Cleaner's Image for the Image of a Hotel’s Floor Manager

Is no Word-Game, but a Quality-Must."

Using it's position as a unique Housekeeping Marketing and Training Concept, ETAGE EXCLUSIVE is awarding it's GLACÉS in accordance with specific questions concerning Hotel Housekeeping Service, all of which are adapted to the needs of the Hotel which the Project is being conducted in:

ETAGE EXCLUSIVE wishes to emphasize and acknowledge the true value of Professional Housekeeping Services in order to ‚not simply use the Hotel Suite as a Hotel's Marketing Tool - but rather the people who are allowing us to sell them in the first place:

Professional Housekeepers.

Because Cleaning-Crews are not marketable.

Brigitte Verba:

"Hotels can no longer afford to see their image presented by employees who unfortunately are being considered as ‚the Housewife-Crew' in the most luxurious Hotel environment.

Luxury Image and Home-Style-Cleaning Services are no longer compatible - at least not in those Luxury Hotels, where employees are being paid for professional services because their employers see a clear need to exceed – rather than just meet - the high demands of their discriminating guests.

Fact is: Luxury Hotel clients will certainly look closely into where they are spending their money - and what kind of services they are investing in.

Anticipating Guests' needs does not suggest blindly investing a fortune into lavish interior designs or in the very last in Wellness Trends – but promoting Quality Services that can be learned, used and sold in any Hotel environment.

"How to pass the ETAGE EXCLUSIVE GLACÉ-Tests more easily!"

ETAGE EXCLUSIVE offers the possibility of a special 3-day Test-Preparation according to the ETAGE EXCLUSIVE Glacé-Concept – which nevertheless has no influence on how many ETAGE EXCLUSIVE GLACÉS will finally be awarded to the Hotel, as this depends on the success of each single member of participating Housekeeping Staff. It will however give Hotel-Managers the most detailed insight into the Standards of Housekeeping Services at his enterprise he'll probably ever receive.

The ETAGE EXCLUSIVE Preparatory Procedures ensure that the GLACÉ-Tests following thereafter are conducted on a ‚Glacé-worthy' Basis - which could help to raise the success of

each single participant due to the heightened awareness given in the course of the preparatory phase.

This in return will raise the chance for Hotels to be considered a ‚GlacéHotel' and awarded with it's own Glacé Awards, based upon the overall success of all participants.

GLACÉ-Tests may take place up to four weeks after the end of the Preparatory Phase: Housekeeping Teams will have yet another four weeks to prepare for the tests and raise the chance of being presented with a Glacé Award.
